Conditions for booking Flexible cancellation:
RESERVATIONS MADE MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO THE DATE OF ENTRY:
- 100% of the total amount will be paid at the time of booking
- Check-in hours are from 4pm to 10pm. Reservations that have not been registered in person before 10pm will be considered no-shows. To check in before 4pm, you must request it at info@hotelripoll.com at least 24 hours in advance.
- Checkout hours are until 12 noon.
- In case of a reservation not presented, no refund will be made.
- In case of interruption of the stay, no refund will be made.
CANCELLATIONS OF THE FLEXIBLE RESERVATION
- The reservation can be canceled free of charge when requested 2 days before the day of entry info@hotelripoll.com and the amount paid will be returned.
- Cancellations made without the advance notice described in the previous point, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ENTRY:
- 100% of the total amount will be paid when making the reservation.
- Checkin and Checkout times are described in the previous section.
- In case of non-presentation, no refund will be made.
- In case of interruption of the stay, no refund will be made.
Conditions for booking Not refundable:
- The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of making the reservation.

Conditions for booking Gift boxes:
In the case of reservations with gift boxes, cancellation can be made within 48 hours of the reservation date. After this period the reservation cannot be cancelled. From 48 hours after making the reservation, the arrival date can be changed with a minimum of 5 nights before the day of arrival.
In case of no-show, the gift box will be validated for the benefit of the hotel.
Conditions for lost items:
If any object is found in the room, the hotel will keep this object for up to 3 months from the date of discovery.
If the guest claims the object:
- The guest or an authorized person must come to collect the object.
- If the customer wants to hire a courier company, the hotel does not bear any expenses.
- The hotel will not process any management with the object.
- Once the object has been handed over to the person responsible, the hotel ceases to be responsible for the object.
If the guest does not claim the object:
- If the object is not claimed, it will be kept for 3 months. After this period, the Hotel's management will decide its fate.
